研究领域及成果

长期从事中国基层政治、地方治理与中国农村发展变迁研究,在该领域取得一定成绩,在《政治学研究》、《中国农村观察》、《中国行政管理》等杂志上发表论文20余篇,出版著作2部,主持国家社科基金项目和浙江省社科规划重点项目等8项,曾获省部级和厅局级奖项4项。

为本科生主讲课程有《毛泽东思想与中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》、《行政组织学》、《现代政府管理概论》,指导本科生论文33篇;为研究生开设《政治理论与方法研究》、《地方政府管理研究》、《中国特色社会主义理论体系研究》等课程,指导培养硕士研究生26名。近四年,教学业绩均为A。

Research Field and Achievements

Having long-term experiences and several achievements on studying Chinese grass-roots politics, local government, and China's rural development. Over twenty essays were published on these journals, such as Cass Journal of Political Science, China Rural Survey and Chinese Administrative Management, and two professional books were published. Presided eight national social science fund projects and Zhejiang Province key social science projects. Had the honor to get four provincial and city level awards.

Teaching and Supervision during Last 3 Years

Teaching several major courses for undergraduate students, such as Maoism (the thoughts of Mao Zedong) and Theory System of Chinese Characteristics Socialism, Theory of Administrative Organization, and Introduction to Modern Government Management; guided thirty-three undergraduate dissertation. Teaching several courses for graduate students, such as Political Theories and Methodology, Local Government Management Study, The Theory System of Chinese Characteristics Socialism Study; promoted and guided twenty-six graduate students. Teaching performance has continuously evaluated as grade A for four years.
